We review our salaries annually to ensure you’re paid a fair and competitive salary.

As a weekly employee you’ll enjoy 28 days paid holiday a year (inclusive of bank holidays). As a monthly employee you’ll receive 33 days paid holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) a year.

Employees have the opportunity to save on childcare vouchers through our childcare voucher scheme, which is run via a salary exchange/salary sacrifice option. Tax and National Insurance savings can be made up to £243 per month.

Everybody who works for us has the opportunity to join our Company Pension Scheme.

 You’ll also benefit from free life assurance should anything happen to you whilst you’re working with us, up to the age of 65 years old.

The cycle to work scheme is a Government approved salary sacrifice initiative allowing you to hire a bike and accessories for the purpose of cycling to work. The hire is free of tax and NI which means you can make savings whilst keeping fit, and reducing your carbon footprint.

We’re proud to recognise the people who work with us for such a long time (and there are plenty of them!) So, we have special celebrations on completion of 15, 25 and 35 years of service.


All Adelie employees are encouraged to nominate a colleague for an Adelie Appreciation Award – recognising their hard work in line with our values. All winners are announced monthly and will receive a voucher and certificate.
