At Adelie, we believe making sure we recognise our teams based on merit is crucial to ensure we attract, develop and retain the best talent. Our on-going review of gender pay helps us accelerate the way we attract, develop and retain more women and allow them to be the best they can be.
While our mean gender pay gap has reduced from 11.6% to 9.4% over the past year, we know there is more to do.
